Hold Reason Maintenance

 

 

The Hold Reason Maintenance screen allows users to change descriptions on holds. The function also allows for reason codes to be attached to these operations for reporting and tracking purposes. This function is available in Version 9.5 and above.

 

Navigate to System Maintenance -> Hold Reason Maintenance.



Select Status Description from the drop-down menu.

 

Enter a Reason Description you would like to add for the selected hold status.

 

Specify if you would like this reason description to show as the default on the handheld and click Add.

 

The new Reason Code will be shown in the list below.

 

Selecting Edit will allow the user to update the reason description, handheld default, and Active/Inactive status.

 

Click on the Cancel link to exit without saving your changes.
