Unassigning Pick Requests and Returns

 

Pick requests and returns can be unassigned from individual pickers by using the Unassign Pick Requests & Returns function. If a user has opened the pick request on their handheld but has not yet picked anything, meaning there are no pick records assigned to the pick request in pick request/return details, the pick request can be removed from their handheld only by using the Unassign Pick Requests & Returns function.

 

This feature is found in the Outbound Tab > Pick Request/Return Tools > Unassign Pick Requests & Returns.

 

Enter the order number in the Order Number field and click the Go button.

 

Click the Unassign button and the pick request is put back into unassigned status. The pick request is now ready to modify, delete, or assign to a different user.
