Signing in to the Mobile Application

After receiving your devices and downloading the WithoutWire mobile application, follow the steps below to sign in. These steps are for multi-tenant cloud environments. On-premise or single tenant customers will need to configure the device to their API first. 

Sign In

1. Start the application. You should see the splash screen followed by the Login Screen where you can select the Cloud option.

2. Using your Microsoft Work account, enter your email address and password. Press Sign In.

3. Enter one of the following when prompted for the second login:

1. If you only have access to one client and one warehouse/site, you should be automatically passed through to the Main Screen of the application.

2. If you have access to multiple clients and one warehouse/site, you will need to use the Client Dropdown to choose the client.

3. If you have access to multiple clients and multiple warehouse/site(s), you will need to use the Client Dropdown to choose the client and the Warehouse/Site Dropdown to select a warehouse/site.

4. You should be automatically passed through to the main screen of the app.

Note: If the persist login config is set to true, the user will pass through the log in screens automatically after an extended period away from the device. 

Sign Out

1. From the Main Screen, tap the WithoutWire Menu button at the top left of the screen.

2. At the bottom of the menu options, tap Sign Out.

1. If you are not finished yet, select No.

2. If you are ready to sign out, select Yes.

3. You should be sent to the Azure B2C login and you (or the next user) will be required to repeat the initial login process detailed above.

NOTE: It is best practice to always sign out when your shift has ended or if passing the device to a coworker.
