Item Maintenance from the Web Console

Enter the Item Number of the Item you want to edit and click Search.

Click the Edit link next to the Item that you want to edit.

Check/Uncheck the options you would like to change and/or select from the drop-down lists for additional options:

Receiving Hold Status –

Allows for automatic hold statuses to be applied to an Item at the point of receipt.

Mfg Hold Status –

Allows for automatic hold status to be applied during finish goods creation.

Transfer Min/Max –

Dictates how much inventory will be shipped on transfers.

Shelf Life –

This can be used for date tracked Items to auto populate expiration date.

Allow Overpicking –

Configuration that allows for certain Items to be overpicked.

Attributes – 

Additional characteristics can be set up at an Item level.

Click the Update link on the left side of the screen to save your changes.

Click the Cancel link on the left side of the screen to disregard your changes.
