    Step 1: Right-click on the printer you want to configure and select “Printing Preferences.”


     


    Step 2: Verify/Change Size (for example Width: 4.00, Height: 6.00) and click OK.

     


    Step 3: Right-click on the printer you’re configuring and select “Printer Properties.” 


     


    Step 4: Click the “Printing Defaults…” button.


     


    Step 5: Verify/Change Size (for example Width: 4.00, Height: 6.00) and click OK.


     


    Step 6: Click the OK button.
