Changing Password from Mobile Devices
You can change a user password from either the WithoutWire™ Web Console or from the mobile device itself. If you are a multi-tenant cloud user, you will need to reset your password through Microsoft, which will require a verification email to be sent.
Multi-Tenant Password Reset Steps
Tap the User Profile icon from the WithoutWire™ main menu screen.
Tap the Reset Password button.
Enter email address tied to the account and click Send Verification Code.
You should receive an email from Microsoft on behalf of WithoutWire with a verification code. Enter the verification code and click Verify Code.
Once verified, click Continue.
Enter New Password and Confirm, then click Continue.
The user should then see a successful message.
Single-Tenant Cloud or On-Premise Password Reset Steps
Tap the User Profile icon from the WithoutWire™ main menu screen.
Enter Current Password.
Enter the New Password.
Re-Enter the New Password.
Tap the OK button to set the new user password or tap the Cancel button to keep the user password the same and exit the User Profile icon.
